Gluing the pieces together
Since Facebook is so ephemeral, I wanted a place to anchor the posts regarding my current bout of depression (and anxiety, and mood swings, and whatever else we discover is in the mix) before they roll off and away. I process out loud a lot.
If I've directed you here, it might be because I am too emotionally exhausted to rehash what's going on and this will catch you up... or it might be because sometimes when I read these posts it calms me to see that people are so supportive, and I want to share some of that with you, too. Of course, if you're not one of my Facebook friends, you probably can't see these posts. Sorry about that.
I'm also creating an archive as a reference for myself for that time in the distant future when I want to look back and see what I was thinking right now.
