Totally spastic

I saw the most spastic thing ever today at the Shell gas station. It was a sign that gave tips for improving your car's gas mileage. It suggested avoiding speeding, accelerating, and braking.

In some sense, zero miles per zero gallons would be an improvement, wouldn't it? I think I broke my brain.
